SECURING YOUR BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS

All bridal bookings are subject to a non refundable deposit payment of £150. Once the deposit payment is received, your booking is confirmed and a contract will follow.

Following the booking confirmation, you will receive a contract which will become your bridal brochure. This will be updated during your bridal journey with me to include all your wedding day details.

Your final balance is due 14 days before the wedding date by Bank Transfer.
      No cheques. Cash can be accepted, please contact me to
      arrange this in advance.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

I have quoted travel and any extras required upon booking. However, these can be added any time during your booking if this is something you decide to add on later. Please see Additional Charges.

I may need to hire a second stylist/assistant to help with your booking if your bridal party size or ceremony time determine a start time before 6am.
     A morning hair schedule will be created after your hair trial.
     Any second stylist will need to be paid directly on the same terms and   
     conditions provided here. Their bank details will be provided.

HEALTH & SAFETY

The stylist is committed to following all health and safety guidelines. Clients should inform the stylist of any allergies or sensitivities beforehand so the best care can be taken in providing suitable hair products.
Clients must disclose any skin/scalp conditions prior to service. The stylist reserves the right to refuse services if such conditions are not disclosed, without a refund.
The stylist is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the provision of services.
I have public liability insurance to cover any of these instances which can be provided to venues/clients when requested.


DATA PROTECTION AND USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS

I take my clients privacy seriously and will never sell or share the clients personal information with other organisations/businesses. You will only be contacted by myself or my VA Emily, via email at stacey.jade@live.co.uk

The client agrees to allow the stylist to take photos of the completed hairstyles for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated. Including sharing professional photographer photos. 
If you would prefer photos/images to be not taken or remain private, please let me know upon booking.
